This page walks through the gallery from a guest's side. It's worth reading once so you can answer questions at the booth without pulling out your phone.
A guest scans the QR code at the booth and the gallery opens in their phone's browser. There's no app to install, no account to create, and no password to remember.
Guests who can't scan can enter the six-letter gallery code instead, or open the link if someone shared it in a group chat.
The most common guest question is “do I need to download something?”
The answer is no. Knowing that saves you the same conversation forty times
a night.
The gallery shows every photo from the event, newest first. A guest who just stepped out of the booth finds their shot at the top.
Later in the night, that stops being true — after a few hundred photos, a guest looking for their picture from three hours ago has to scroll. Tell guests to grab their photos right after their session and they'll rarely need to hunt.

From an opened photo, guests can share the image to whatever's on their phone — messages, social apps, email. Nothing routes through imgbooth.
Guests can also share the gallery link itself, which is how galleries tend to reach people who never got near the booth. That's usually a good thing, but it's the reason the privacy note below matters.
Guests view, download, and share. They can't:
Deletion is worth knowing: if a guest asks for a photo to be taken down, that request comes to you, not something they can handle themselves.
The gallery stays up for the hosting period included with the event. Guests who bookmark it can come back later.
The link doesn't expire during the event, so a guest who scans at 8pm and never opens it until the next morning is fine.
Anyone with the link can see the whole gallery. There's no per-guest view and nothing is private to the person who took it.
Guests occasionally assume the opposite — that they're seeing only their own photos. If someone seems surprised to see strangers' pictures, that's the misunderstanding. It's worth a line on your booth signage for corporate events, where it matters more.
